AI development services, staffed on demand
AI development services on a time & material model. You rent senior engineers from Eastern Europe; we are the employer of record. No fixed project scope, no agency markup, engineers on your sprint in about 2 weeks.
What these engineers build
LLM integrations — connecting OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source models (Llama, Mistral) to your systems via API. Prompt engineering, output structuring, fallback handling.
RAG systems — retrieval-augmented generation over your internal data. Vector database setup (Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector), chunking strategy, retrieval tuning.
AI agents — multi-step agent systems that use tools, make decisions, and operate across APIs and databases. LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI.
ML models — training, evaluation, and productionizing custom models. Classification, regression, recommendation, forecasting.
MLOps — model deployment on AWS/Azure, CI/CD for models, monitoring, drift detection.
Why T&M beats a fixed-price AI project
AI projects don’t scope well upfront. What you need in month 3 depends on what you learn in month 1. A fixed-price contract either locks in the wrong spec or loads every change into a change order process.
On T&M: the engineers are yours to direct. You adjust the backlog as the project evolves. You pay for actual hours worked, not a padded estimate built to absorb unknown risks.
Roles available
- Hire AI engineers — senior engineers who own the full AI system: architecture, model selection, MLOps
- Hire AI developers — engineers focused on LLM integration, RAG, and AI application development
- Hire ML engineers — engineers who train, evaluate, and productionize ML models
Capabilities
- AI chatbot development — RAG-based enterprise chatbots
- AI agent development — agents with tools, in production
- Generative AI consulting — moving LLM pilots to production
- AI consulting services — scoping and feasibility first
- Machine learning consulting — problem scoping, model development, MLOps
How to choose an AI development company
Five questions worth asking any AI software development company before you sign, including us.
Who writes the code? If delivery routes through a partner you haven’t met, the people who understood your problem are not the people solving it.
What runs in week two? A working spike beats a discovery phase. If nothing executes until month three, the risk is carried entirely by you.
How is “working” defined? Every AI system needs a measurable acceptance bar agreed before the build starts. Vendors who skip this deliver demos and leave the argument about quality until the end.
What happens when the first approach fails? With AI it usually does, inside the first fortnight. The honest answer is “we change direction and tell you.” Watch for commercial structures that make that expensive.
Who owns the code and the data? IP assignment, data residency, and which jurisdiction would hear a dispute. For anything under GDPR, where the engineers physically sit decides whether you need a transfer mechanism.
We are not an AI development company in the agency sense. There is no delivery layer between you and the engineer, no fixed-scope statement of work, and no markup on a project manager you didn’t ask for. You direct the engineers; we employ them.
Why Eastern Europe for AI
Senior cohort with 10–15 years of commercial experience. Strong supply in Python, ML, and cloud. 50–70% below US senior rates, inside the EU legal perimeter.
